Social Responsibility Policy

BEB ETIKET, with its employees, customers and suppliers, aims to continue its operations in integrity, trust and in accordance with the requirements of the modern era.  We have a company policy designed in consideration of public awareness, which is provided to all of our partners in our production facility. We operate in compliance with the law, the production processes of our customers and social standards, and invite our partners to do the same.

Our company policy is detailed below.

The minimum age limit to work in our company is the legal working age, and child labor is neither allowed nor encouraged.

Assigning dangerous tasks to the young employees of the company is not allowed or encouraged.

The company employees may never be coerced to work on any task. All employees are recruited under equal circumstances and with their consent to work in appropriate positions.

The legal requirements for the health and safety of all employees are observed, the required measures to prevent all risks to the health and safety of the staff are taken and their development is supported with the trainings offered to ensure occupational health and safety.

The working environment is equipped properly, all kinds of facilities are offered to allow our employees to meet their basic needs under sanitary conditions.

We respect the rights and liberties of our employees, including the right to collective agreement and association.

The employees are entitled to freedom of thought and belief, and no individual is discriminated against based on characteristics such as language, religion, ethnicity, gender, social class, age and union membership.

The working hours are determined in accordance with the law, over time work is not requested regularly and the employees are given two days off each week.

The compensation policy of our company is based on the level of knowledge and skills of our employees, and no payments are made below the minimum wage.

The employees report their wishes and complaints to the management through their representatives and these are resolved by the management after a thorough analysis.

We never resort to physical or financial action to discipline our employees, and we ensure their development with trainings and instructions.

Our company fulfills its social responsibility in terms of environmental pollution and protecting the nature, and raises awareness among its employees in this aspect.

Aiming to continue our operations with all of our suppliers and partners, we control all criteria listed in our policy with social management and quality management systems, and adopt a modern management system.

A meeting is planned to be scheduled between the employees and the employer in order to discuss the social rights and work order.

The working hours for young workers and employees older than 18 are 40 and 45 hours, respectively.
